The Prime Contractor, JAG Construction, will mobilize on Friday, April 11, to: Set up traffic control measures Prepare a staging area Starting Tuesday, April 15, 1st Street West will be closed to all traffic between US-93 and 3rd Avenue West. The project is expected to take 5 to 6 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Detour routes will be posted, and we ask that all motorists use caution in the area and follow all signage.
