Request for Quote (RFP) for Infrastructure Services CSKT Information Technology is requesting a quote for an Infrastructure support contract for 600 hours from January 3, 2023 to September 30, 2023. This support contract will require the contractor to be onsite at a minimum of 10 hours per week. Working Conditions: There is frequent exposure to electrical equipment, inclement weather and unsanitary conditions such as when installing and removing system components. Physical effort is normal and includes walking, bending, and moderate lifting (may exceed 80 pounds) of equipment and system components. Must climb ladders and crawl through confined and unsanitary spaces. The Contractor will provide the following services: 1. Physical Security Services include: a. Camera physical installation, testing, labeling, reterminating, cleanup of wiring. b. adding cameras to software c. Testing Camera installation through software. d. Written documentation of installation including Microsoft Visio Drawing of location. 2. Physical Door Services includes: a. Physical door cable installation and testing, labeling, reterminating, cleanup of wiring. b. Adding door services to software c. Testing door service installation through software. d. Written documentation of installation including Microsoft Visio Drawing of location. 3. Network Wiring Services include: a. Physical network drops for telephone and network connection. b. Fiber installations per Tribal Structured Cabling Standards. All contractors must pass a Law and Order background check, Montana Criminal Justice Information Network (CJIN) Certified and have a Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT) prior to RFQ.
