We here at the Pablo Christian Church are working to become the kind of church described in the Bible - a church with relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. We want to have a contagious Christianity to show God's love and influence and encourage our community, one life at a time.
We work hard to be unified, and in our essential beliefs we have unity. "There is one body and one Spirit - just as you were called to one hope when you were called tone faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all." Ephesians 4:4-6.In non-essential beliefs we have liberty. "Accept him whose faith is weal, without passing judgment on disputable matters... Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls... So then each of us will give an account of himself to God...So whatever you believe about these things keep them between yourself and God." Romans 14:1, 4, 12, 22
Our church has people with differing backgrounds, but we are a team. We are more interested in glorifying God than arguing over non-salvation issues.
Our number one question is , "How can we agree rather than disagree?" and we ask ourselves, "How can we apply the truth of scripture in a way that shows love to our Father and love for one another so that Jesus is glorified in all we do?"
